Native Cannabis Holdings is looking for an experienced real estate rental leasing professional for the Farm Lease Broker position reporting to Senior Managing Director.



Applicant must be mature and high energy, with excellent verbal and written skills, web savvy, social media, detail oriented, superb people skills and professional. Will work both in office and onsite. Must have minimum 2 years real estate, leasing, broker or related experience.

Will train the right person.



Responsibilities include:

• Respond to general inquiries via phone and email from prospective Farmers as well as brokers/agents.


• cold call and vigorously prospective for Farmers and land holders.


• Show apartments/tour buildings with prospective Farmers as well as brokers/agents


• Work with Chief farmer on new leases/lease renewals etc. to ensure all agreements/arrangements are correct and clear.


• Research and incorporate new marketing ideas/concepts such as new or different websites/MLS databases or new technologies that can be used.
