Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet all members and guests warmly with an appropriate greeting

• Maintain proper dining experience; remove courses timely, serve food items properly according to fine dining standards, fulfilling member needs, replenishing utensils, understanding the flow of the dining experience, and refreshing beverages

• Work closely with club management to immediately address all member concerns and create a pleasant dining experience

• Availability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays to reflect the business needs of the dining floor

• Past experience preferred
