Flux is conducting a talent search on behalf of our client for a direct-hire, Heavy Construction Survey Crew Chief position. This position is a management-type position where you'll be responsible for your own team.

In this role you'll also be responsible for traveling to various work sites, researching previous records, managing within the heavy construction division, and communicating with clients and government agencies. If you want to work with a tight-knit team then this is the opportunity for you!

What you'll bring to the table:

• 
  

  A minimum of 7 years of experience performing staking for heavy construction projects (i.e. bridges, highways, high rises, hospitals, shopping malls, etc.);

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with robotic total stations, GPS, calculations, and data collectors;

  
  


• 
  

  Good organizational, note-taking, communication, and writing skills;

  
  


• 
  

  Must have valid Oregon driver's license, and be willing to travel occasionally;

  
  


• 
  

  Candidate must be able to be badged for work at sensitive/secure sites (i.e. drug testing and background check);

  
  


• 
  

  PLS is preferred
