What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Five or more years of experience as a Facilities Director in a university or campus setting, with 5 or more direct management-level reports and a large extended team..

Experience managing MEP, HVAC, grounds keeping, environmental, and custodial services on a union campus.

Five or more years of functional experience, knowledge, and management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management.

Budgeting, Capital Planning, KPI's, best practices, and strong client relations skills.

Desirable: Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) and/or other relevant certifications.
