Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supplier release schedules and shipment documentation


• Monitor inventory levels and resolve any backorders


• Place orders with approved suppliers and manage purchase orders


• Anticipate delays and implement recovery plans as necessary


• Maximize inventory turns and minimize financial risks


• Develop reports and maintain MRP data accuracy


• Support cycle count root cause analysis and corrective actions


• Negotiate with suppliers regarding claims, rejections, and changes


• Participate in supplier performance evaluations and efficiency improvements


• Foster professional relationships with the supply base

Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in buying, production planning, or inventory control


• Familiarity with manufacturing MRP software is preferred


• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Bachelors degree in Business or relevant field, or equivalent experience
