Business Development Manager (position in Akron, PA 17501):

Manage technical sales supporting the development, identification and sourcing of products for the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries, reflecting customer specific requirements and product solutions; manage product lifecycle of Rosenberger high performance, radio frequency (RF) components and related product lines; draft technical sales communications and journal articles on Rosenberger products; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product line performance for purposes of analysis of product vision, market trends, and customer/ industry needs.

Must have an Associate’s degree in Engineering (or foreign degree equivalent) and three years of experience in product management for high performance, RF components, including integrated product development and sourcing, product testing, and product engineering with high power product lines. Domestic travel required 50% of working time.

Salary: $100,859 U.S. Dollars per year and up, commensurate with experience.
