Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our roster as a Solar Site Surveyor. As a Solar Site Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the initial phase of our solar projects by conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
Pay is $75 per survey plus $.25 per mile with the opportunity for multiple surveys in one day. Once you are familiar with the process, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to complete a site survey.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site surveys as assigned at a given time and place
* Take accurate measurements and photographs of roofs, attic spaces, electrical equipment, and other areas of the site as requested
* Follow a customized checklist carefully in order to provide all data accurately
* Communicate effectively with homeowners or business owners to move efficiently through the process an guide them to the appropriate resources for any questions they may have regarding their installation
* Upload all images, measurements, and notes directly after conducting the survey to a shared drive for admin access
* Must be comfortable climbing onto roofs to gather measurements and draw mark-up as well as assess roof condition, and perform shingle tests (as needed)
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to transport and use a 20 ft ladder (min.) safely.
* Your own vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
* Previous experience in solar energy or construction is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* OSHA 10 or similar qualification a plus
