(1) SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - 5 YRS EXPERIENCE Salary: 23,000-28,000 Industry: RAW MATERIALS & PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY Location: Cebu City
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry or any related course Atleast 2 years professional experience in selling raw material chemicals for food, pharmaceutical and industrial. Can identify and create new business opportunities. CAN START ASAP
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement and meet monthly sales targets. Conduct regular visits to clients and respond to the client's sales requirements. Respond to sales requirements from potential customers. Prospecting potential market while maintaining the sales revenue of existing client base. Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products. Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats. Understand the market in which the Company operates and how the Company's products and services are used within that market. Identify new markets for Company products. Ensure that the Company has an in-depth understanding of the users of Company products and their ongoing needs.
(2) BUSINESS DEV'T SPECIALIST - 5 YRS EXPERIENCE Salary: 50,000-70,000 Industry: RAW MATERIALS & PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY Location: Cebu City
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry or any related courses Atleast 4 years professional experience in developing strategies and marketing raw material chemicals for food, pharmaceutical and industrial sector. Can identify and create new opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. Gathers relevant data, coordinating with different departments, conducting market research, looking for new business opportunities and creating strategies to help the organization achieve its goals. Can drive the organizations business development strategies and enhances its current portfolio. CAN START ASAP
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products. Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth. Monitoring revenue channels and creating opportunities to increase profitability. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Prospecting potential market while maintaining the sales revenue of existing client base. Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats. Conduct market research to understand the market in which the Company operates and how the Company's products and services are used within that market. Ensure that the Company has an in-depth understanding of the users of Company products and their ongoing needs. Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, or marketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies. Liaise with the sales team and management team, and back support team to align the companys long-term strategies with the daily marketing activities.
