Experienced Dealership TitleSpecialist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Title Specialist. The TitleSpecialistwill perform traditional accounting duties related to the titling of vehicles.

Job Responsibilities


Perform all tasks needed to accomplish titling of vehicles

Title vehicles, issue plates and register the vehicles

Fully coordinate and communicate work with the appropriate associates

Process all Paperwork to completion

Prepare payments to the courthouse pertaining to titling

Assist vendors and dealership personnel in resolving titling and trade issues

Record titling transactions in the courthouse RTS computer systems

Maintenance, reports, and answer questions from management

Other duties as assigned


Compensation

Starting at $23.00 p/hour

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of automotive titling experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.
