Our in-house award-winning creative agency is looking for a highly organized and passionate Senior Video Editor to join our growing global team. We are a truly global team of more than 200 design experts within Oliver Wyman.




Job Overview:


As the Senior Video Editor, you will provide support to the Video Team in various aspects of video production, including troubleshooting and skills development. Additionally, you will possess the ability to accurately estimate the duration of edits from start to finish and effectively manage both the time and quality of the video outputs.



What you will be doing:


Edit video content to create compelling and engaging narratives that align with the companysbrand and marketing goals.

Manage all aspects of video post-production, from narrative editing, color grading to final export, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines to ensure deadlines are metand projects are delivered on time.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message acrossall visual outputs.

Using analytics to understand content performance.

Continually striving to understand the tone of the brand.

Maintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.

Taking our editorial video to the next level, by continually developing and improvingthe quality of our videos.

Assisting with implementation of workflow best practices.



Experience Required:


Minimum of 5 years experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro,After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Relevant university degree, equivalent qualification or experience working in social media,video production or other relevant multimedia field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Good understanding of sound and video quality control.

Capable of working under pressure and managing workloads effectively.

Strong understanding of social media.

Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of media law, including copyright and consent and ethical considerations, is also desirable.

Proficiency in English is a must.
