Immediate need for a talented SAP Successfactors EC Compensation. This is a 12+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located inPhoenix, AZ (Remote Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID: 23-30412Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Responsibilities: Build out a detailed workplan for the Success Factors Employee Central Compensation workstream. Assess & understand the overall HR Program timeline to implement EC Payroll, Workforce Software, BenefitFocus, EC Compensation, and EC remediation work (since EC was previously deployed Build out a detailed workplan to implement EC Compensation in US and South America. Facilitate alignment sessions with Freeport's Compensation team, who are currently using ECC Compensation. Lead EC Compensation Design, Build, Unit Test during two planned iteration cycles. Support Systems Integration Testing: EC Compensation will participate in SIT testing during the HR Program's SIT 3 cycle. Partner with Client HR Integrations Lead to ensure integrations are in place for SIT testing. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
