Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and other senior staff

Duties | Responsibilities

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to CFO

Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents for senior staff

Maintainsappointment calendar by scheduling meetings, teleconferences and travel domestic and hotel accommodations, rental cars, and all other travel needs.

Schedule meetings , taking notes and at times - recording minutes

Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies and performing basic book-keeping

Perform additional duties as assigned by CFO

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping systems

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with ability to learn new or updated software

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Detail oriented, accurate and able to act autonomously with minimal supervision

Strengths Required

Working as an EA | PA requires a calm and positive attitude. Being level-headed and objective will allow you to take constructive criticism on the chin, and complete tasks to a high standard.
