Sierra Digital INC is currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, with expertise in lease management, marketing, property management, and handling tenants and owners.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire building's operations, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and resolving any issues that may arise.

Work closely with tenants and owners to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly.

Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current tenants.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety and maintenance standards.

Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the property.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Strong knowledge of lease management, property management, and marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work night shifts.
