Position: Korean Senior Order Management Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Negotiable Php 80,000 - 115,000 Monthly
Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Day shift, Weekends off
Work Set up: Temporary Work From Home (Laptop is provided)

📌Requirements:
⭐Korean National proficient in English (Preferably present in the Philippines)
⭐Must be Bachelor's degree graduate of any course
⭐With experience in Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Order processing,
⭐With knowledge in using (SAP/CRM/SFDC) system
⭐Proficient in MS EXCEL
⭐Knowledgeable in Order Management process
⭐With CS background orexperience

📌Responsibilities:
⭐Process purchase orders of Korean customers submitted through phone, email and other online channels
⭐Issue invoice and ensure accuracy in accordance to company product listing of prices
⭐Manage order status and shipment updates to ensure products are delivered timely
⭐Update system regarding received logistic inquiries/complaints from customers
⭐Monitor inventory status and stock levels to make sure to support customers purchase requests
