Role Overview:

You will be responsible for monitoring posts, comments, and videos on a chat site to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, fun, and engaging online environment for users.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Content Moderation: Monitor user-generated content including posts, comments, ads, promotions, and videos in real-time to identify and address inappropriate or prohibited content such as hate speech, vulgar content, harassment, political-related content, minor content, spam, nudity, and other violations of community guidelines.

2. Quality Inspection and Risk Management: Assess the potential risks associated with user-generated content, including identifying content that may pose legal or reputational risks to the platform or its users, and take timely action to mitigate these risks.

3. Main Task: Content Management: Enforce site policies and community guidelines by banning, removing, or deleting inappropriate contents. Maintain detailed records of content moderation activities, including documenting user reports, moderation actions taken, and any escalations or incidents requiring further review or intervention.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and assess content violations based on established guidelines and standards.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
