qualifications are
-3-5 years management experience
-bachelors degree in marketing
-proven portfolio of successful sales experience
-proof of being top sales rep in company or being top sales team with you being sales manager
-looking for a++ quality in value and sales capability "high expectation and standards"
-die before I quit or fail mentality
-stern with boundaries when it comes to doing business while maintaining team moral and spirit
