Site Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:


We are seeking a site supervisor within our Hydrogen team located at Wilmington, Southern California.
The Site Supervisor role is a key member of the management team for the Southern California HYCO facilities. This position will have day to day responsibility with a broad range of duties focused on ensuring all aspects of operational discipline are in place and functioning properly for the Wilmington, California SMR (Steam Methane Reformer) Facility. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with the plant and regional support teams as well as contractors. The position reports to the Plant Manager of the Carson and Wilmington facilities.
The facility consists of one large Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen plant with a Steam Turbine Generator (STG). The site produces compressed H2 which is transported via pipeline to local customers.


Required Skills / Abilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Safety performance, reduction of recordable injuries, BSP compliance and process safety management
Achieving environmental compliance targets
Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Carson site, including supervising operators and maintenance technicians
Provide support to SoCal pipeline system
Work daily with SoCal Account Manager on customer requirements
Maintain strong relationship with customer
Oversight of customer billing and natural gas nomination activities
Manage plant budget
Work with HYCO Site Services group for Projects and Turnaround Planning


Education and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required
Strong manufacturing/production background and experience

Work Hours & Benefits:


This position requires to be on site.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays and vacation, affordable medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plans/401(k), and sick time. You will be eligible for benefits and also be 100% vested in your retirement benefits on your first day of employment.

In California, the expected pay starts from $120,000 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
