What you will be doing:
- Supervise and manage a staff of 18 skilled professionals on 3 shifts in a union environment
- Develop and implement a predictive and preventive maintenance program and a TMP program
- Coordinate and schedule all maintenance efforts in the facility
What they are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a closely related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a supervising or managing role
- At least some experience working maintenance in paper, pulp, film, web handling, label or related industries is required
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work well with all levels of staff
