National Key Accounts Manager US & Canada- Dvlp, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer reqmnts, incl requests for proposal responses & industry-specific solutions; Collab w/sales teams to understand customer reqmnts, to promote the sale of the co. products, & to provide sales support; Create sales or service contracts for products or services; Sell biz goods or services, the selling of which reqs a tech background equiv to a Bach's deg in engrg; Lead 3 Key Accounts Managers & 2 Key Account Executives through Broker partnerships in 42 States & 2 countries; Respon for biz growth ($7.0 MMD) & profitability to achieve co's. goals; New items dsgn, dvlpmnt, & implementation; Promote continuous improvement through leading the team in projs for efficiencies in all supply chain; & manufacturing processes & operations knowledge. Bach’s deg or Foreign deg equiv in Industrial Engrg. Must have 5 rys exp working w/transnational product goods co's. as a mgr of processes or people. Must have 20 hrs overall of certified training in mngmt & operations. Skilled in the following areas: leadership, business development, business management.
