Responsibilities
- Assist with research initiatives and compile findings into coherent reports.
- Carry out administrative duties effectively, including document management and scheduling.
- Review and suggest enhancements to curriculum programs based on educational best practices.
- Assist in the creation and planning of new program structures and learning objectives.
- Support the recruitment process and participate in the selection of educational staff.
- Help assess the efficacy of education policies through data analysis.
- Contribute to the professional growth of teachers by co-developing training materials.
- Collaborate on the production of teaching resources for program implementation.
- Co-facilitate educational sessions at workshops or conferences as needed.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program delivery and outcomes.
- Help oversee the coordination of office and volunteer staff activities.
