Collaborate with clients and architects to understand project requirements and objectives. Working with the design team to ensure that pool designs meet local building codes and regulations. Evaluate structural and hydraulic engineering aspects of pool designs. Recommend design modifications for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Assist in the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Ensure that construction plans adhere to zoning laws and environmental regulations. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project. Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address their concerns. Manage the final stages of the project, including inspections, and approvals.
