Vice President (Business Analysis) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Jersey City, NJ, to function as a Lead Business Analyst within the Intermediate Holding Company's (IHC) Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) IT Group. Analyze and design processes and systems to comply with federal CCAR requirements. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather high-level business requirements and perform gap analysis. Document requirements for business processes, capability, and technology infrastructure enhancements. Collaborate with the CCAR Modelling and Capital Management planning team to automate data collection, modeling, and reporting processes. Perform front-to-back analysis to propose and define system processes to automate FRY 14A Regulatory reports. Use queries and reporting tools to access data and map business functions to data models and perform data reconciliations. Collaborate with users to conduct functional testing of components, Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Prod Parallel testing, and Production release. Perform System and Functional testing by authoring test scripts and recording results. Produce analytics for variance and root cause on platform functionality build-out, data feeds, products, and processes. Identify upstream and downstream dependencies and lead the resolution of issues and risks. Support requests from Audit, Model Validation Group, and other independent verification teams. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Management, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience in as Vice President (Business Analysis) or similar occupation supporting Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CARR) and Regulatory or Risk Management projects within an international bank or financial institution or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Management, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience Management Information Systems, Management, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, including at least .
