Job Description:
Prepare worship services and lead congregation in worship services by preparing and delivering sermons; Conduct bible studies and small group meetings; Provide spiritual guidance, prayer and counseling to church members; Responsible for training church members for outreach and evangelism; Assist Senior Pastor in coordination of church spiritual events, religious activities and perform any duties that Senior Pastor requires; and Pray regularly for the spiritual welfare and vitality of the assigned congregation and encourage them to pray, worship, read the Scriptures.
