Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee a programme of work to close down a number of end of life platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
1.Manage end-to-end programme of work focused on closing down a number of end of life platforms and applications including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
2.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
3.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, operations, and procurement teams, to define project requirements and objectives.
4.Lead project kick-off meetings, regular status meetings, and project review sessions to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and address any issues or concerns.
5.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project timelines and deliverables.
6.Monitor project performance metrics, analyze project data, and prepare progress reports for management review.
7.Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
8.Work with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, where applicable.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience (10 years) as a Project Manager managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
3. Knowledge of telecom technologies, networks, and systems, including fibre optic, wireless, and data transmission technologies preferrable
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
9. Flexibility to travel as needed to project sites and vendor locations
