As the Branch Manager/Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our branch operations and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's sales activities, customer relationships, and team management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the branch. - Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to maximize their potential. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the branch's customer base and revenue streams. - Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. - Implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to review branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree or above in related fields - Proven experience in sales management, or leadership experience in a similar role. - Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Solid understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and market dynamics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Good English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
