Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in both Concord and Sacramento, California. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing quality mental health services to diverse populations, including at-risk youth and families. The therapists will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating family therapy, and implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based models tailored to children and adolescents. Experience with Med-Cal charting for the Concord position.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups for clients and their families.
Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in the field of mental health, particularly as they pertain to working with children and adolescents.
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all aspects of client care and interactions.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and growth for clients and staff alike.
