Job Description:

Create or modify the most highly complex programs, modules, routines, scripts, and data objects from a detailed design where performance, efficiency, and reliability are critical to the entire system. Manage and coordinate resources on assigned projects. Responsible for installing, maintaining, optimizing, upgrading, developing, and administering Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application and future Oracle HCM Cloud migration. Develop, customize, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft utilizing People Tools Application Designer, People Code, SQR, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Event Mapping, Integration Broker, and other tailoring tools including standard industry programming languages. External systems integration with SFTP protocols or work with middleware to transmit and receive files to and from 3rd party vendor applications. Configure the application according to the design decision, perform the unit tests, conduct demos, conduct the UAT tests with business teams, and migrate the approved tasks to production. Design and support data migration processes for projects. Position is in fixed location based in Framingham office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of experience in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud HCM application.

Must have seven (7) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- PeopleSoft Fluid using Application Designer, JavaScript, HTML 5, and Cascading Style Sheets css3
- Programming in the following languages: People Code, SQR, Java, and PL/SQL
- Report writing using PS Query, Application Engine, and BI Publisher
- PeopleSoft security model involving use of Permission Lists, Roles, Query Trees, row level security, Page Personalizations, and Approval workflows

Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- PeopleSoft Payroll Module experience with large organizations of 15000+ employees
- PeopleSoft Integration tools, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, File Layouts, and Application Packages
- Programming in the following languages: Linux Shell Script and Windows Batch Script
- PeopleSoft security model involving use of Webservices (REST APIs)
- Working with Agile

Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Recruiting and Performance Management Modules
- Time and Absence Management Modules
