Business Law Associate (Mergers & Acquisitions)
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin OR Phoenix, Arizona

An AM Law 200 firm is in search of a Mid-Level Transactional Associate to join either the Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Phoenix, Arizona office. The attorney will Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions by drafting crucial documents and conducting thorough due diligence.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
Juris Doctor (JD) certification certification
JD Year 2018-2021
Licensed to practice law in Milwaukee, WI OR Phoenix, AZ
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Merger and Acquisitions
Must have experience working in a big firm setting (Min 100 attorneys firms or amlaw 200 firm)
