High profile couple is seeking a full time live-out Maintenance Technician Assistant/Handyman in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, loves to be outdoors, and active. The job responsibilities include but not limited to; Clean, test, and maintain a commercial sized pool, maintain pool and spa equipment, maintain commercial sized Koi pond, perform daily routine maintenance as directed for generator repair, central vacuum, electrical, fountains, gutter and roof, HVAC, refrigerators, ice machines, plumbing, gates/gate motors, holiday set up, etc. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Vocational or Trade school certification is a plus, hand-on experience is a plus. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with flexibility, on call rotation. Salary: $ DOE, 401k, health and dental insurance, and PTO. Must be local to the area.
