Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers via chat or phone
Assisting with customer's orders, refunds and service/product issues
Able to handle escalated conversations with empathy and compassion.

Able to perform to meet the company's expectations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in computer navigation and various customers platform systems.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 100% Work from Home.
