Mercer is seeking candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice as a Senior Consultant.
Our Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.
Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs.
Contribute to large complex client projects sale and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.
Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in presence or in remote).
Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.


What you need to have:

Masters degree in Economics or Management Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools
Italian and English proficiency
