Job Title: IT Sales Executive


Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and end-to-end sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting potential customers into clients and driving revenue growth for our IT products and services. The IT Sales Executive will be involved in the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and an ability to identify and meet customer needs.


Responsibilities:


Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.

Conduct research on potential customers and industries to identify their IT needs and pain points.

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable IT solutions.

Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the technical team to deliver integration and implementation plans for clients.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive developments.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven track record of 2-3 years in IT sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.

Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and end-to-end sales cycles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
