Job description ofBOOKKEEPING:-

Process bank in respective software and prepare bank reconciliation.

Process sales invoice in respective software and prepare accounts receivable reconciliation.

Process purchase invoice in respective software and prepare accounts payable reconciliation.

Process payroll journal, fixed assets journals etc.

Recording and evaluating accruals, prepayments and depreciation on fixed assets of clients.

Reconcile other balance sheet heads.

Drafting of BAS, IAS, MIS, month end reports, cash flow statements, company tax return etc.

Facilitating Inter-Company Reconciliations for clients.any transactions and cost allocations.
