Duties:
- Research and analyze new market trends in package, ingredients, and competitors;
- Calculate RIO, margin, price, cost for new projects and equipment investment;
- Create project plans, track the progress, monitor results, report testing and communicate project status to stakeholders;
- Optimize production process and product cost with innovative equipment;
- Implement new product development process for new products in the company.
Salary is $81,640/yearly.
