Serve as the trusted technical advisors to strategize and lead customers to solutions which is done with user cases discovery, Tellius evangelism and teaching the product to new users; Work with the sales, product, engineering, support and marketing teams to guide customer requests and establish roadmap and ensure that customer requests and escalations are revolved. Detailed job duties include: Advise customers on data science best practices through statistical model development, assessment, deployment and monitoring; Demonstrate end to end data science workflow in Tellius; Strategize and identify new use cases as an AI advisor in order to demonstrate value of decision intelligence; Execute POC's and run product technical enablement to help users find business value; Perform customized onsite training for customers to upskill them on machine learning and AI solution development and adoption; Research new machine learning and state of the art AI techniques that can be potentially integrated into the Tellius product; Develop and implement latest machine learning explainable methods to help the business users interpret data science solutions and achieve value; Deliver internal enablement sessions to help the team on latest product methodologies and product roadmap; Create end to end easy to adopt AI use case content that would be used for customer enablement and marketing purposes. Serve as a reviewers for data science content created by fellow data scientists in the team. Minimum job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or related field and at least five years of experience. Will accept Master’s degree plus three years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. Must have experience in the following areas: Programming experience with Python or SQL; Experience with the end-to-end data analytics workflow; Experiences with Databases and data warehousing. May telecommute from any US location.
