Job position: Office Administrative Assistant 

Vacancy: 1 

Payrate: $29.00 per hour for 40 hours of work per week.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent   

start date: As soon as possible.

Job Requirements: 

Education: completion of Secondary school graduation is required. 

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year experience in related field is required. 

Language: English 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: 

Fast paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail 

Personal Suitability: 

Ability to multitask, flexibility, client focus, reliability, organized, team player, accuracy. 

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is an asset.  

Job duties: 

 Schedule and confirm the appointments.

Gather information and documents from clients as instructed.

Order office supply such as printer ink, printer paper and other office supplies 

Answer telephone and email enquiries and transfer them to the staff accordingly. 

Greet and guide clients in the office in a professional manner. 

Keep track of deadlines  

Arrange service calls for office equipment when needed.

Maintain manual and computerized information filling systems.  

Attend weekly staff meetings. 

Co-ordinate flow of information internally and with clients. 

Distribute incoming regular and electronic mail.

Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices.

Contact clients and gather pending documents and information. 

Assist office staff for administrative tasks as required.
