Our Offshore Contractor Group which sits within our Energy & Power Practice, is currently seeking candidates for the following position based in the London office:


Graduate Contract Analyst and Insurance Advisor (Law degree required)



What can you expect:

Our Offshore Contractor Group focusses on providing expert risk management advice and solutions to clients at the heart of the energy transition, particularly clients in the LNG and subsea power cable sectors.
A Contract Analyst and Insurance Advisor will sit at the core of the team interfacing with our clients to provide insurance advice, developing and refining insurance strategies for projects, drafting insurance requirements for their various project agreements, and working with the broking team to deliver best in place placement solutions. There will also be various ad hoc due diligence work in support of our PEMA practice, the opportunity to undertake light broking functions, and some day-to-day client executive type duties.

We will rely on you to:

Interact with and build strong relationships with clients.
Provide clients with excellent day-to-day service and support.
Interact with the wider Marsh network offices.
Develop working relationships with other areas of the Marsh business, such as PEMA, Construction, Marine etc.
Participate in tender responses.
Interact with the wider Marsh network offices
Review and mark-up project agreements.
Draft insurance requirements for project agreements.
Perform some insurance due diligence work.


What you need to have:

A legal degree is absolutely essential for this role.
Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy skills.
Confidence in meeting new people and interacting in social environments.
