PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


Support commercial and financial analysis on strategic issues and the development of strategic initiatives and programs.
Support senior ASID manager and directors on strategic implementation projects that are deemed critical to the business success, facilitate management process and interact with peers across the region to ensure cross-functional alignment and synergy.
Support on developing and implement business strategies across Asia
Coordinate with business teams to ensure successful execution of Asia growth initiatives.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, such as internal technology, operations, engineering teams.



JOB REQUIREMENTS


MBA degree from a top-tier university required.CFA or other financial analysis certificates preferred.
10+ years in industrial gas industry, project development, financial analysis, marketing related work
Strong business and financial acumen including cash-flow analysis, full P&L analysis and capital structures for complex business models (e.g., joint venture, acquisition, etc.,)
