Core Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD modelling, drafting module, assembly
• Experience in design calculations for mechanical engineering
• Hands-on experience in designing Automotive assembly line equipment like, power/free conveyors, turn tables, lift tables, mezzanine floors, aisle transfer assembly, pallet positioner, EMS carriers, skillets etc..
• Experience in design fixtures for handling the subsystems or main assemblies
• Experience in the Design of SPM machines
• Design mechanical systems compatible for the process automation
• Hands-on experience in handling large assemblies
• Layout Preparation and load calculation
• Experience in the detailed design of individual components, following standard design guidelines and manufacturing aspects. Selection of bought-out items, includingcylinder selectionwith necessary calculations
• Sound knowledge in different ferrous, and nonferrous materials with tooling and manufacturing processes
• Experience in the application of GD&T in manufacturing drawing
• Experience in working with global teams, handling activities independently, and taking ownership
• Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
