Research Associate Scientist Analytical Chemist Bioanalytical Support Peptide Synthesis Protein Conjugation Custom Antibody Development Gene to Protein Expression _ (link removed)

Seeking a Scientist with a Protein Science background to support development of scalable downstream purification processes for recombinant therapeutic proteins utilizing protein purification techniques such as Filtration, Chromatography, Ultrafiltration & Diafiltration, and similar.

Responsibilities:

*** Design, perform, analyze, and document complex experiments.

*** Conduct data analysis of process statistics to identify process deviations utilizing Spectrophotometry, Capillary Electrophoresis, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, and Mass Spectrometry.

*** Train and mentor lab technicians.

*** Troubleshoot and resolve downstream problems.

*** Support scale up and transfer of processes to large scale manufacturing plants.

*** Assist with drug product studies resulting in transfer of process to clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Desired Experience:

*** cGMP Manufacturing, Protein Chemistry, Bioanalytics or similar experience focused on Protein Purification.
