Prepare estimates that will be used by site managers in planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Review material and labor requirements in order to find cost-effective budget cuts. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or foreign equivalent required. AND 12 months of any suitable combination of experience in administration, project management, budget control, financial management, systems control is acceptable.
