Technical Analyst II for L.A. Care Health Plan in Los Angeles, CA to serve as the technical and business process SME for each of the business domains. Responsible for multiple initiatives at any given time, with primary responsibility for requirements gathering, technology development, stakeholder adoption and technical support for end users, building out, optimizing, and/or upgrading the relevant application portfolio. Function as a liaison between the developmental team and business clients gathering, analyzing and defining requirements. Prepare documentation to be reviewed and used by the business and technical teams.


Requires: Bachelor's degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field plus five (5) years of experience as an Analyst or related position or, alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and three (3) years of experience in as an Analyst or related position. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Working with SQL Server; Creating flowcharts for documenting/presenting business workflows and IT architecture; Facilitating business and technical design sessions for gathering, grooming, prioritizing & documenting business requirements and developing project deliverables; Interviewing, facilitating, organizing, modeling and applying analytical skills to deliver comprehensive requirements and designs to development teams; Transforming business requirements into technical requirements working closely with developers in developing solution for projects; Planning and facilitating complex system configuration and deployments; and Supporting cross-functional domain applications.
