Job Duties:

Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
Ensure that all the vegetables and meats are fresh.
Remove trash and clean and replace garbage bags.
Store food supplies in refrigerators and other areas.
Prepare the trays of final dishes ordered by the customers.
Check the inventory levels and report to the Kitchen Manager.
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Follow food safety standards.

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience is an asset, on the job training will be provided.
