Main accountabilities

Correctly report and forecast cash tax and ETR for the ABI group

Analyze financial data to identifying tax implications and provide strategic recommendations

Support preparation of forecast of results that would be used to plan for all future restructuring of the company as well as compile information to be provided to external parties (financial statements and tax authorities)

Support the development of tax data strategy

Coordinate the implementation of Pillar 2 & CBCR data collection and reporting

Main Activities

Responsible for, directly or with the use Tax Control Tower:

Budget ( BU ): build up or improve process and reports compiling data from all zones, understand and challenge the zones and find opportunities for improvements

10-Year Plan ( 10YP ): build up 10YP process and reports compiling data from all other zones and Global Tax Team to be used as a basis for the strategy team and FP&A

Full year and Quarterly results (buildup of the cash tax and ETR to be used in the financial notes of ABI published externally

Last Estimate ( LE ): build up LE process and reports compiling data from all zones

Monthly Actuals (Cash Tax/ETR): explain build up and variances

Should be able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Ultimately, an outstanding tax manager should be able to identify opportunities to improve results helping to find opportunities to reduce cash out and improve ETR
