Role UI / UX Developer with VueJS Requirements Minimum 9 years' experience Location: Camden, NJ 3DAYS/WEEK ONSITE(Locals/near by) Primary responsibilities include designing and developing the software UI components that drive Subaru of America's multi-tier web environment. This person will be designing, creating, implementing and improving user interface components for our core applications. This person will be expected to look at existing applications and make recommendations for modernizing existing HTML and utilization of front-end frameworks, as well as help define front end look and feel standards. This person will create wireframes and HTML, implement front-end framework, and work collaboratively with back-end developers to integrate the UI components with back-end API. Responsibilities also include acting as a knowledge expert, resource for the team to learn from, and soliciting requirements from business users. The role should involve approximately 30% designer and 70% developer/implementation. Required Critical Skills: Technical Skills o Extensive experience developing web, social and other digital platforms (JQuery/JavaScript/HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/AJAX/JSTL nbsp; (Required) o Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Vue 2+ (Required) o Experience with Responsive design and/or Mobile design (Required) o Ability to analyze, design, code, inspect, debug and test the user interface (Required) o Experience prototyping/wireframe rich interactions quickly with the focus on user experience (Required) o Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash (Recommended) o Experience evaluating tools/frameworks to be implemented through UI interface (Nice to have) o Experience in Java, AJAX, XML, HTTP, Web Services (REST/SOAPnbsp; (Nice to have) o Working knowledge of Spring framework (Nice to have) o Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular 1x, Angular 4+, others (Optional) Non-technical Skills (Required) o Critical thinking skills self-directed, self-disciplined, self-monitored, and self-corrective team member with effective communication and problem-solving abilities along with a commitment to excellence in support and project development activities o Communication able to communicate in a clear concise and logical manner when both speaking and writing; capable to manage business and technical team expectations o Initiative be a self-starter based on what is needed to be done; raise issues, options and opportunities when recognized o Organization able to organize work to complete tasks assigned on time o Leadership capable to execute code reviews and provide technical direction to another UI developer o Team work able to work independently while capable of collaboration within a team
