Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.

Direct and coordinate subordinates in the preparation and recording of financial entries such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements, and preparation of the income, sales and payroll tax reporting; Coordinate subordinates in handling AR and Collection inquiries, special billing requirements and discrepancies, process accounts payable (AP) invoices and recurring payments; Oversees accounting for payroll, and operation accounts; Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger and payable systems; Work closely with executive officers and other managers in the development and implementation of our company’s annual financial budget; Support of budget and forecast activities; Analyze and report budget variances and report these variances; Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop accounting staffs; Assign duties and monitor quality of work the subordinates; Assure staffs conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations; Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities; Responsible for procuring the policies, standards and objectives for the Accounting Department; and Coordinate and closely work with outside CPA firms in preparation of accounting documentations such as Federal Income Taxes that will be provided to regulatory agencies; and Responsible for the preparation and coordination with external auditors all appropriate material for quarterly reviews and annual audits of financial statements.
