Job Duties:
Develop, oversee, and assess the operations of sales department. Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Formulate and implement comprehensive organizational policies and procedures pertaining to sales activities, fostering a standardized and effective approach. Spearhead strategic planning initiatives focused on the introduction of new product/services, aligning business goals with market demands.
Take charge of leading the sales team, fostering relationships with business clients, and skillfully managing negotiations for sales contracts. Engage in recruitment, organization, training, and ongoing management of staff to cultivate a high-performing and cohesive team.
Collaborate with the marketing department to comprehend and effectively communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring a unified brand representation and strategic alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
