Participate in overseas training programs in China for 2 months to enhance technical skills, knowledge, and capabilities. (Flight, Lodging and food provided, able to speak Chinese)
Upon return, provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers, sharing insights and best practices acquired from overseas training.
Perform prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting to identify and address design flaws or performance issues.
Evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to optimize product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in mechanical engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor the progress and performance of junior engineers, providing support and feedback as needed to ensure their professional development and success.

Requirement

1 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in tech company.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
