We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about creating fantastic care plans for each individual patient and enjoys getting to know and care for their patients with the best quality care they can. Ideally, the incoming Physical Therapist is a team player, who is friendly, compassionate, and has knowledge/training of rehab/physical therapy programs for a wide variety of conditions. We believe in comprehensive individual care, setting 30-60 mins to treat each patient with one-on-one care and attention.

Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Office upkeep as needed

Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
PT License in MD
Schedule:
Full time (flexible on hours worked but expect 30-40/wk)

Salary (range):
$80k -$94k per year (depending on hours worked i.e., 40 hrs/week =$94k)
