This affects direct customers, agents, and distributors and all the products for local distribution.2.Daily Schedule coordination with Source3.Communication with transporter for dispatch, FASAH Follow Up and clearance arrangements4.To optimise local distribution of LB deliveries5.To manage the key service providers of distribution activity like Quote , Invoice ,COO,DGD, COA, HS-DA for BOE6.To manage distribution performance to the agreed standards7. To manage the fleet maintenance8.Obtain and maintain civil defence approvals for all the fleet, preclearance ,FANR approval 9.Obtain and maintain RTA approvals for all the fleet10.Maintain IVMS and review monthly11.Manage and own Diesel fuel spend12.Manage the movement of all products across the GCC and communication with customer13.To respect and adhere to all the safety, Health and environment rules14.To receive, validate and consolidate local orders for direct and indirect channel and communicate with customer as well internal customers15.To plan loads, consolidate and route shipments16.To deliver product 17.To manage local carriers and delivery modes18.To manage local delivery business rules19.Manager contractors and haulers20.To manage delivery performance to the agreed standards (cost and quality)21.Have a permanent contact with make supervisors to ensure a flawless operations22.Managing and executing the stock withdraw transaction in Is LB Shell 23.Manage training for drivers with help of master driver24.Accrual, booking invoice on time
